Mysi, Mysi, Mysi. Where do we even begin. We were passed along Soda Pop as a preferred photography vendor and fell in love with Mysi's work almost instantly. We were thrilled when Mysi did have availability and we then met to just talk. Mysi is a professional and is very good at what she does. However, our favorite thing is that she's also very approachable. We immediately felt a friendship brewing and it made it very easy for us to open up about what we wanted, what we were afraid of, etc. Both my wife and I historically are not great at pictures and after calming us down a bit, she reassured us that she was going to make sure the photos we'll have were going to be amazing, and that we would look good to.

Mysi was so much more than a photographer since the moment we began working with her. She is a true artist who leads with curiosity, warmth, humanity, and joy. The photos are captivating and meticulously edited (I can't imagine all the cable wires, event specs, and stray hairs that she's had to edit out), and we have more photos than we know what to do with. Even after the wedding, we get endless compliments from family and guests. Throughout, Mysi was really down to earth, personable, and excited to help capture our vision and event.

Mysi and her team were not only able to capture all the big moments, but all the small ones too; people being silly with each other, our guests connecting and having fun, heartfelt tear-ups, erratic dancing... When you're the star of your wedding, you're busy with events, meeting guests and giving speeches - you don't get to see these small and intimate moments. I think that's why it's critical to find a photographer who can really show you all the little pockets of memories that formed on that day. It's precious and it's real.
